Who we are

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies of its own.

If you use the enquiry form on the contact page, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range and message. We also receive your IP address with the request, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person rather than a bot sent the form.

If you email one of the addresses listed on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address and the content of your message.

Third parties

Every page except the contact page loads only files from our own domain — stylesheets, scripts, fonts and images. Reading those pages, your browser contacts no other company.

The contact page also loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com to keep automated spam out of the enquiry form. Turnstile receives your IP address and browser signals for that purpose only. When you submit the form, its contents are passed to Resend, our email delivery provider, so that it reaches our inbox.

Fonts in particular are self-hosted for this reason. Loading them from a font CDN would have sent every visitor's IP address to that provider.

The one unavoidable processor is our host. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare processes request metadata, including IP addresses, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we hold what we hold

We use the enquiries and emails you send us for the single purpose of replying to you and, if it leads somewhere, managing the resulting relationship. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.

How long we keep it

Business correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship is live and thereafter for the period required by applicable law and our own record-keeping obligations. An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within 24 months. Records that form part of our books of account are kept for eight years, as Indian company law requires.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may write to the grievance officer named above, and you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
